Shipping / Shipping concerns:
To insure safe and proper shipping of a product, Lost Trails puts additional concern into how and what we package our products with as we understand you want to receive your product fast and in perfect condition. At times mishaps occur so if a package looks damaged, or has visible signs of being dropped or mishandled, for a swift recovery please contact the logistic company to open a claim. If a signature is required and damage is noticed upon inspection of receiving the package, DO NOT SIGN for the item due to concern of product damage. If a signature was not required and upon inspection of delivery take note and pictures of damage that had occurred. Lost Trails USA, LLC can not be much help here but we can assistance you in the process if help is needed. Contact you carrier immediately. In any case your product looks to have a manufacturing defect please scroll down to “Warranty” and follow the instructions listed. Please note that Lost Trails USA, LLC is not liable for any stolen or misplaced products after being delivered .

Lost Trails cannot ship any orders to PO Boxes.
It is the customers responsibility to input a secure shipping location when placing an order.

”LTS Custom”
Lost Trails shipping custom is an option located during “check out”
-This shipping option challenges the Lost Trails team to find the best shipping service for our customers. You will be charged what that option is shown during check out, if our team can’t find a shipping service for you for that price we cover the occurring difference.

Orders / Lead times
Once an order is placed, to ensure the customers information was safely processed you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs. If a confirmation is not received up to 48hrs please use the “contact page” prior to replacing the order to insure a double charge doesn’t occur. Upon shipment a tracking number will be sent to the email placed during checkout. If a specific lead time on a particular product of Lost Trails is needed please contact us and we will provide a better time line for you. Most items we try to carry on hand, but our inventory changes daily. When contacted we can give you more specific projected ship and lead dates. If an item is not in our inventory, it will go directly into manufacturing and finish and will be shipped 2 to 5 weeks production time (M-F).

Cancellation Policy
During the manufacturing process, our policy will allow you to cancel an order at any time for a full reimbursement regardless of what stage of production your product may be in. Once a product is shipped you are no longer eligible for a full refund, for additional information on returns once a product is shipped scroll down to “Returns”.

Warranty:
Lost Trails will continually bring new products to the market as we stand by our current ones, we offer a year warranty on all products that have any manufacturing defects. We offer 5 months warranty on all finishes of application defects and peels, not impact damage warranty. All defected products will require photos that they are manufacturing defeats not user operated. Do not ship any products back until a RMA # is issued from a Lost Trails team member. All items will be at Lost Trails USA, LLC discretion if repaired or replaced. All Items that were modified, painted, altered in any way will be automatically disqualified for any warranty replacements. Inspect all products thoroughly prior to any modification not to void warranty.

Returns:
Returns are eligible up to 30 days of ship date, all items returned will include a 20% restocking fee. Returns that are not manufacture defects, and not approved by Lost Trails USA, LLC as a defected item, shipping costs will be on the customer. All returns have to be in new, unaltered, unmodified condition. All hardware, manuals and etc. have to be present during the return to receive a refund.
