Shipping Policy

Lost Trails Overland packages every order to protect it and ensure safe delivery.

Please inspect your order upon delivery:

• If damage is visible, do not sign for the package (if a signature is required).
• Take photos, note the damage, and contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
• Lost Trails Overland cannot file claims on your behalf.

We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages once delivery is confirmed.

Additional details:

• We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a secure address.
• Shipping is currently available within the United States only.

Orders & Lead Times

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. If you don’t see it, contact us before placing another order to avoid duplicate charges.
• Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details by email.
• Inventory levels change daily. In-stock items ship within 2-5 days. Out-of-stock items will enter production, with an estimated lead time of 2–4 weeks.
• For specific lead time estimates, reach out via chat or email.
