Welcome to Lost Trails Overland. By accessing or making a purchase from losttrails.shop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using this website.

1. Overview

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants. Lost Trails Overland reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Accuracy

We work hard to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, off-road and vehicle-specific parts may have slight fitment variations. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted through our secure online checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other options provided at checkout. All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock errors. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Shipping

Lost Trails Overland packages every order to protect it and ensure safe delivery.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damage is visible, do not sign for the package (if a signature is required). Take photos, note the damage, and contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Lost Trails Overland cannot file claims on your behalf.
  • We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages once delivery is confirmed.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a secure address.
  • Shipping is currently available within the United States only.
  • Inventory levels change daily. In-stock items ship within 2–5 days. Out-of-stock items will enter production with an estimated lead time of 2–4 weeks. Lead times are estimates only and subject to change. For specific estimates, please contact us by text or email.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
  • Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items must be new, unmodified, and complete with all hardware/manuals included.
  • Returns without prior approval and an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return has been inspected and approved. Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return.

6. Warranty & Responsibility

All products include a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Powder coat/finishes (chips, scratches, fading, peeling)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, or off-road activity
  • Items that are altered, painted, or cut

Claims process: All claims require photos and an RMA number before return shipping. Lost Trails Overland may repair or replace products at its discretion.

Important: All installations must follow manufacturer instructions. Modifying products voids warranties. Use at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Brands & Products

Lost Trails Overland may feature or resell products manufactured by other brands. In such cases, the shipping, return, and warranty policies of the original manufacturer supersede Lost Trails Overland’s policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product names, logos, descriptions, product designs, graphics, and media, is the property of Lost Trails Overland or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lost Trails Overland shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lost Trails Overland, its owners, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Lost Trails Overland regarding your use of this website and purchase of our products.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of this website or purchase of our products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
