Warranty & Returns

We build gear to last and stand behind everything we make. If something’s not right, here’s how we’ll take care of it.


Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Warranty

  • 1-year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
  • Not covered:
    • Powder coat/finishes (chips, scratches, fading, peeling)
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Customer-caused damage, misuse, or modifications
    • Items that are altered, painted, or cut are not eligible.
  • All claims require photos and an RMA number before return shipping.
  • Lost Trails Overland may repair or replace at its discretion.

Returns

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
  • Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items must be new, unmodified, and complete with all hardware/manuals.
  • Returns without prior approval and an RMA will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Lost Trails Overland is not liable for damage caused by the carrier. Please inspect your order upon delivery:

  • If damage is visible, do not sign for the package (if a signature is required).
  • Take photos, note the damage, and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
  • Lost Trails Overland cannot file claims on your behalf.
  • Lost Trails Overland is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages once delivery is confirmed.
